  • Bay Rum drawingStrong scent so use sparingly.
  • Should not be confused with Bay Leaf oil, which is much harder on the skin. Bay Rum is cooler and sweeter than Bay Leaf.

  • Can also use to help treat hair loss.
  • While it is a good antiseptic for respiratory issues, it can irritate the mucous membranes so use in moderation when diffusing.
  • Can diffuse equal amounts Bay Rum and Eucalyptus Radiata to help treat respiratory issues.
  • Mainly you should inhale the scent and see how it makes you feel. That’s a great way to get started. And have fun with it!
