Starting a CBD Wellness Journal

We get it — starting out on a new wellness journey can be both an exciting and daunting adventure. For many, the prospect of a healthier, happier lifestyle is more than enough to make the required changes and begin the path toward wellness. Yet, for others, making a change in your daily routine needs to be justified by visible, concrete results.

As with any change in your wellness routine, you want to keep a close eye on any changes that happen in your physical and mental health. 1. Establishing a Starting Point

By documenting your current feelings, pain levels, sleep schedule, etc., you are creating a good foundation to work off of. To get you started, we recommend writing down the following each day:

Keeping track of the amount of CBD you are using each day, and the effects it has on your health, will help you determine the perfect dosage for your needs.

Take a moment to ask yourself how you are feeling, and write down your thoughts. By recording your experiences down on paper, you will be better able to determine the effects that CBD has on your health.

What do you hope to gain from your CBD journey? Are you looking for a natural sleep aid? Non-prescriptive pain relief? Improved brain health? Writing down your ultimate goal or result with CBD will help keep you on track throughout your new lifestyle change.

2. Measuring Through Questions

The second part of your journal will include questions that are specific to your own CBD journey. The nature of these questions will change based off of the goals that you established in step 1. You can then use these questions as a guide throughout your quest for better health. Some example questions you can ask each day include:

  • What is your energy level today?
  • How anxious did you feel today?

3. Staying Consistent With Your Journey

Lastly, remember that with any new change to your lifestyle, consistency is always key. For the best results, schedule time everyday to fill out your CBD wellness journal. This will help you keep track of any new changes that may arise in your mood, in your body, and in your mind. Who knows?
